Not only are our ladies great dancers, they also know how to incorporate plenty of humour, audience participation and entertainment into their performances.

For centuries, the role of belly dancing in Middle Eastern society has been that of a folk dance for joyous occasions such as weddings, the birth of a child, community festivals, and other events that brought people together to party.

Traditionally the dance is performed with bare feet with smooth, flowing, graceful, sensual movements which incorporate many techniques from different parts of the Middle East: Egypt, Lebanon, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, and Morocco - and each country has its own style.

In Egypt, the great Oriental Dancers have had the status of Divas or Film Stars. In Scotland (where Oriental Dancing is a very popular form of Keep Fit with ladies), the most popular style of Belly Dancing is the Egyptian style of dance.

Our Oriental Dancers can bring their own Egyptian music or dance to any music you care to provide. They can dance round table in Restaurants or provide a colourful and exciting cabaret performance on the dance floor.

Scottish Highland Dancers

For those of you who love Scottish Dancing, we can provide anywhere from 3 to 12 championship-level Highland Dancers, to provide a 20-30 minute high-quality, Cabaret show (including costume changes) of Highland and National dancing.

The dancers are accompanied by Alan Prentice on the Bagpipes and the show and number of dancers can be condensed or expanded, depending on space and budget.
