"The Tenors (Singing Waiters) were booked as a surprise for our daughter's wedding. We had seen a similar act a few years ago in Dubai and were looking forward to seeing the reaction to them from our guests.

My husband and I had fun trying to identify the "waiters" serving tables at the reception - they blended perfectly. Nobody had any idea what was about to happen!

We chose to have a soprano with the two guys Bob and Bruce, this was great as the songs from the musicals they performed had lots of people joining in. One of our Ushers clearly enjoyed the attention he got from ??? (sorry, I've forgotten her name, I'm sure you can add it) at the table.

The standing ovation they received at the end was testament to their performance - topped off by the encore Nessun Dorma. A perfect end to a fantastic set. In fact the Cardrona hotel asked for their details as they'd not seen or heard anything like them previously.

Neil, the caricaturist also provided a topic of conversation for our guests. I'm not sure how many people he managed to draw but every time I tried to sit down with him there was always a queue. I think people quite liked the opportunity to have a quiet five minutes and to take away a memento of their day.

"Just want to say that we were over the moon with The Goodfellows who played at our wedding recently. As you know we were rather late in looking for a band due to a call off so we were rather anxious about a good band being available at short notice. Mick, from the band, could not have been more helpful. He said that the band would learn our first dance which they did. He also agreed to play on a little longer than we had planned due to a delay in the band starting which was not of their fault. Another gesture which was very much appreciated was that he agreed to allow one of our guests to play along with the band for a couple of songs which is something you don?t often see these days.
The band was absolutely fantastic and our guests were all talking about how good they were. Even people who were not at the wedding have been saying that they heard it was a great night. The Goodfellows made it a brilliant night and the dance floor was never empty. Although it may be traditional for some ceilidh music at weddings it is not really our scene and the band took account of this without a problem. Their sets were absolutely spot on and we couldn?t have made them up any better ourselves. Overall we couldn?t be more pleased that we chose this band as they were totally helpful, co-operative and professional throughout.
