Scottish Wedding Band The Goodfellows In Scotland

The Goodfellas Scottish Wedding Band

The Goodfellows have been making a great name for themselves in the music scene in Scotland. They are a totally live, five-piece band with a great selection of songs from the 60's to the present day.

With a five-piece line up of male vocals, guitar, guitar, keyboard, bass, and drums, they can provide great covers of Sno Patrol, The Killers, Scissor Sisters, Foo Fighters, Coldplay, Queen, The Beatles, Deacon Blue, Snow Patrol, Lionel Ritchie, The Foundations, Marvin Gaye, The Proclaimers and many more.

They have a their own state of the art lighting and P.A.System.

They have full Public Liability Insurance and that all their equipment is PAT Tested.

To The Magic Agency.
Just want to say that we were over the moon with The Goodfellows who played at our wedding recently. As you know we were rather late in looking for a band due to a call off so we were rather anxious about a good band being available at short notice. Mick, from the band, could not have been more helpful. He said that the band would learn our first dance which they did. He also agreed to play on a little longer than we had planned due to a delay in the band starting which was not of their fault. Another gesture which was very much appreciated was that he agreed to allow one of our guests to play along with the band for a couple of songs which is something you donít often see these days.
The band was absolutely fantastic and our guests were all talking about how good they were. Even people who were not at the wedding have been saying that they heard it was a great night. The Goodfellows made it a brilliant night and the dance floor was never empty. Although it may be traditional for some ceilidh music at weddings it is not really our scene and the band took account of this without a problem. Their sets were absolutely spot on and we couldnít have made them up any better ourselves. Overall we couldnít be more pleased that we chose this band as they were totally helpful, co-operative and professional throughout.
Thanks for everything.
Fiona and John Gow wedding.

Help! How do I play these music files?

It's easy! Just double-click on the link and Windows Media Player (or whatever music player you have installed on your PC) should run and start playing the music file within a few seconds. Make sure you have your speakers plugged in and switched on.

If you have a Broadband internet connection (which is very fast), then the music files should play very smoothly straight away.

However, if you have a standard "Dialup" connection (your modem dials up to allow you to make the connection to the internet) then you will find the music file stops and starts all the time. This is because your PC music player is trying to stream or play the music as it downloads to your hard drive but your internet connection isn't fast enough to play the music smoothly.

If that is what is happening to you, then all you have to do is let the music stagger through once (it is downloading as this is happening) and then it will play at full speed after that. You can then listen to the the music file as many times as you want.

Alternatively, you can download the mp3 first and play it from your Hard Drive. To do this, just right-click on the mp3 link and select "Save target as" from the drop-down menu.

You can then save the mp3 file to your Desktop or any other folder of your choice.

When the mp3 file is completely downloaded, double-click on it and it will play immediately on Windows Media player or whatever music player you have installed.

We hope that has helped you. If not, just give us a ring on 0141 577 6604 and we'll talk you through it.

We're here to help you in any way we can.
